Multisite Media Uploads Not Working

    I have a multisite installation going and Media uploading is not functioning across any of my sites. Images can be uploaded and all thumbnail versions can be used, but nothing shows up in the Media Library once the page is refreshed. The images still WORK, but I can’t access any of them through the Media library.

    I am not using any plugins.

    What could be wrong?
