Multisite installed but not working.

Hello,

I have installed and followed all the steps for Multi-site and now have 2 blogs linked together: http://www.team-vanity.com/tournaments/ and http://www.team-vanity.com/tournaments/cups but the websites are not connecting at all. Im pretty sure all the users are meant to be able to login to both and it registers them to both but it doesnt, also the themes etc that are meant to be connected are not.

Anyone got any tips on what I could look for?
