MultiSite – backup each site?

    I have a MultiSite – all sites are mine, so I do not have the upgrade. There are settings for each site for backups. How does that effect backups over all – if at all? Since I cannot restore one individual site.

    – Does the main site back included all sites?
    – Does it make a difference to have scheduled backs and a Dropbox folder for each site?
