Multiple user’s blogs?

Very new to WordPress but liking what I see so far!

Is it possible to have a blog per user? For example for a band… The general band news and updates would be on the main page, but then each band member could log in and update their own personal blog that’s displayed on another page.

Not sure if it’s possible, but would be good to be able to do!

Any ideas would be gratefully received 🙂
