multiple taxonomy template

    Hi,

    how can I create a template with multiple taxonomy terms?

    For example taxonomy is offertype and term is sales
    And other taxonomy is proptype and term is apartment

    I created a template and filename is: taxonomy-offertype-sales-proptype-apartment.php

    But it does not works.

    The page only use taxonomy.php or taxonomy-offertype-sales.php.

    What can I do?
