Multiple sites, one hosting account, Need help

I will try to be brief and am grateful for the help.

I am trying to host many sites for several churches using wordpress. Right now I have church1.com pointed to church1 folder that I am hosting on GoDaddy. Likewise, church2.com is pointed to church2 folder, etc.

I have put wordpress into the different folders;
church1
church2
church3 (etc.)
Again, the different domains are pointed to these different folders.

When I go to enter the information for the install (config) it is not accepting the information. I’ve tried to edit it through dreamweaver and re-ftp, but still doesn’t work. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. Below is the information I entered in the install:

Database Name //The name of my sql name through Godaddy
User Name //My SQL username.
Password //My Password
Database Host //localhost
Table Prefix //same

When I hit enter, it gives me a message that the local host/user/pass may be incorrect.

What am I doing wrong?
