While it’s possible to set up multiple payment gateways to offer as options at Checkout, there is no built-in functionality to allow customers to select multiple gateways and set values to break up the order total amount between them in a single checkout/order.
Also, enabling that would require much more than a simple snippet like we would be able to provide via the forums here.
I see question posted for this on Stackoverflow here, however there are no good answers on that post for what you are looking to do. I did some searching but don’t see any third party plugins that do this either.

The only plugin that I’ve found is “Yith Pos”.
