Multiple Mobile URL Redirects

Hi, I am looking for a way to create multiple URL redirects upon recognition of a mobile device. I don’t know enough coding to create separate mobile themes and so I have created scaled down versions of each page of my website (only 2 pages) – the homepage and the additional page. I know there are lots of plug-ins out there that allow for the homepage to be redirected when first accessing the site, however I need my second page to do the same thing and can’t seem to find a way to set up more than one redirect. I know this probably sounds a ludicrous way to do this but it’s worked well for me so far I like how my mobile pages look, I just need to get them linking properly. Thanks in advance for any advice.
