Multiple Issues While Building Website

Current Issues:

1) The Logo is <h1> on inner pages and not on the homepage. How can I get it to be <h1> on homepage.

In addition, when viewing individual pages the page titles should be <h1> but the titles do not appear at all on the pages.

2) On mobile devices, the text in the slider section does not appear.

3) I have 4 pages in the services section, on home page I can view the first slider page but users need to click the radio buttons to go to next pages.

Is this section supposed to scroll? If not, is there a way?

4) The email section of the Contact Information widget produces invalid link.

If my site is http://www.widgets.com and I enter admin@widgets.com in the email section, the widget produces a link to http://www.widgets.com/admin@widgets.com

5) On the homepage, the text in slider section does not allow for paragraphs. I would like to be able to separate the sentences from one another.

Example:

“This is the first sentence and paragraph in the slider section.”

“This is a new sentence and paragraph in the slider section.”

Here is how the text renders in the slider section:
