This plugin only supports a single booking form. You can display it on as many different posts or pages as you’d like, but there’s only a single form and a single reservations “bucket” where bookings are collected in the backend.
One of my long-term goals is to build out multi-location support for Business Profile and integrate with that to support multi-location reservations for this plugin. But that’s a long way off and may not work for you use-case.

You say that you can displat the form as many time you’d like. How can I display the reservation form on two pages than? In the settings I can only give up 1 page!

Hi Stefan,
You can use the [booking-form] shortcode to add the form to any page or post, and the Booking Form widget to add it to any sidebar.
