    When a client registers for an event (using Event Espresso 4) they are continuously bombarded with 100’s duplicate confirmation emails.
    After checking the logs of the webhost it is apparent that they are being generated by the Eway payment gateway plugin.
    Free events are unaffected, however if a payment is made then this behaviour starts. The Event Payment Details confirmation email is continuously triggered and sent approximately every 15 minutes.
    We are using the Eway payment gateway in conjunction with Mirijeh.
    The webhost does not use object caching on the server.

    Hi and thank you for your suggestion.
    Been there and done that, and that is not the case. The emails are triggered by the Eway plugin (via Mijireh Gateway) when payment is successful. The duplicate emails are from a loop caused by that script. I have now raised this with the plugin developer.
