Multilangual Concept.

Hello today i started use enigma theme There is an issue about the multilangual creation. Does This theme allow to make translations on the home page. cause i cannot find on dashboard where i can make a translations on the home page. There is no such kind of a template builder inside of the template. if any body can help out i would be really appricated.
