multilanguage of separate wp – without multisite

    Hi, I have multiple wordpress instalations with same content but different languages:
    domain.com with english version
    fr.domain.com with france version
    They are based on sqlite databse.

    Is there some solution/plugin to connect them together like in case of using multisite with plugin multisite language switcher?
    For editors to have easy switching between languages?
