Multiblog – Show by author

If I have a blog with multiple users, how can I have links to show only posts by specific users?

One link per user, manually creaing a category and adding each entry seems cumbersome as I will have lots of users. An automatic solution is necessary, but I can’t find any.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
