Multi Level Drop Down Menu Issue

Hi, I have downloaded WP-CREATIVIX and updated the site without too many problems. However have come across a challenge! That is to add a multi level drop down menu, according to the info on this template I should be able to do this easily – but not sure how!! Help please 🙂 Thank you
