moving wordpress site

I’m trying to move the local wp site to the server.

I followed the tutorial here but still my site doesn’t load up.

This is the url fo my site. http://boolavard.com/

Locally I had the port 8000 and even after changing the value in wp-option table it still navigates to 8000 port. Could someone please enlighten me please.
