Moving WordPress

I am running WordPress on Server 2003 (IIS 6). I recently had to replace my server and moved MySQL and wordpress to the new server. All moved fine except when I try to upload an image as part of a post, both the Flash and browser uploader is trying to reference the old upload path.

Can anyone clue me into where the uploaders are referencing this path so I can update this? THANKS!
