Moving site

Hi

I’m admin on a site for young lawyers that havn’t passed their final exam (bar exam?).

The site is at http://www.fuldmaegtigforeningen.dk

As you can see it’s an old design and an old WP version. How ever I have made an updated version at http://fuldmaegtigforeningen.dk/test07/. this new redesigned and updated version is now ready for launch, but how do I do this.

Do I just copy all the files?
Or is there anything that I should keep in mind?
