Moving Menu to the left?
-
Hi!!
I just installed the Photocrati Lightbox theme, which is great! I’m editing it to my likes and almost all the things I can find in the support forum. The only thing is that I can’t get the menu moved a bit to the left so the middle of the word “contact” is above the right side of the slideshow at the home page.
Is there anyone who can help me? I would be so grateful!
The style.css is:

http://www.esthervannes.nl/wp-content/themes/photocrati-lightbox/dropdowns.css(I have opened them with the developers tool in Google Chrome, hope you can open them as well).
My website: http://www.esthervannes.nl
I will have to move the logo to the right as well, to keep the website in balance. Or maybe I can make the body wider so the header and menu don’t stick out so much….

Two things you could do to fix this:
1. Add #menu to your style sheet with something like:
#menu {padding-right:55px;}
2. Add to the table something like this:
<table align=right style=”padding-right:55px;”>“margin-right:55px;” might work better, try both.
Thanks so much, Rankbooster! Your first suggestion worked wel.
And now I need to find out how to make the space between the header/menu and the pages/posts bigger…probably also something with padding?
Correct.
@rankbooster or anyone else: do you know how to increase the space between header/menu and the main page (for example if you click on the page “portfolio”, the text of the page is too close to the menu. On the blog and home page I find it allright, this space.
I tried padding the menu below, but that didn’t do anything..
Thanks zo much!
