Moving Catalogue

    We have been developing a site on a developmental server. We are in the process of moving it to a production site and need to move the Catalogue. Are all of the catalogue products we have input in the associated database and how do we move the license we purchased? We are moving it to a shared Hostgator account. Either they will move it or we will use Backup Buddy. ???

    Hi spiderbuzz43,

    If you’re moving the same database over to your new site, the products will be imported as well. Also, if you want to use ‘Backup Buddy’ instead, that should also work fine.
