I was in the middle of manually deleting old profiles over 4 years old and after deleting one, the ‘Move to Trash’ button mysteriously disappeared. Now I can’t delete old profiles. It is missing on all orders now. I have already tried rebooting and clearing my cache and I deactivated all plugins to see if any of the updates did that but the button is still missing. I reactivated all the plugin’s. I was told the “Move to Trash” button is actually part of WooCommerce’s core functionality. I attempted to contact the support team I have on file for Woocommerce but they are telling me they only support channels for premium plugin’s like Advanced Notifications (which I subscribe to and pay for) so not sure why they are telling me I have to contact this forum. I am going on day 5 of trying to troubleshoot this issue. Can you tell me what I need to do to get this issue fixed?

    Hi @ckcollins1201,

I understand how frustrating it must be to suddenly lose access to the “Move to Trash” button while trying to manage old profiles, especially after several days of troubleshooting and reaching out for help. You’re absolutely right that this functionality is part of WooCommerce core, and I appreciate you already trying steps like clearing cache and deactivating plugins.

To help us investigate further, could you let us know when you first noticed the button was missing? Was it right after a plugin or WooCommerce update, or is this happening on a new store setup?

Also, please share your System Status Report so we can get a better sense of your site’s configuration. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status, clicking Get system report, and then pasting the full contents into https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com and sharing the link here.

With that, we’ll be able to look into this more deeply and guide you from there. Looking forward to helping you sort this out!

We’d appreciate it if you could take a few moments to review the WooCommerce plugin using the link here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post.
