In a previous support issue, you shared a snippet that helped move the location of the tax-exempt form on the checkout page (I’m using the classic, shortcode-based checkout): https://gist.github.com/bporcelli/1ac1fbc71e4738283b395742045fdcba

That snippet is not working for me. It is pretty old — does something about it need to be updated to work with current version of plugin? I really need to move the form, as it messes up the layout of my checkout page a lot. Thanks.

Hi @adampaine. Here is a new link we added today that should work. Let us know if you have any issues!

Thanks, that worked! However, I noticed that if a user selects “add new certificate” from the drop-down menu on the checkout page, the form appears but then there is no way to close it (e.g., if the user changes their mind). There is an “x” or close button in the drop-down, but it does not seem to work. Is this a problem specific to my site/theme or are you able to reproduce it?

I was able to change the padding of the close button with CSS so that it does not overlap with the drop-down arrow (the problem was that the “x” was overlapped directly on the drop-down arrow). It works now, though the UI is not ideal (with both the “x” and the drop-down arrow appearing next to each other). It would be better if the drop-down arrow was hidden if the “x” is present.
