More CSS Trouble

Hi folks,

When you hover over the dropdown menu, I want the pages to be vertically aligned. You can see the first item under consulting sits at the top of the container. I tried margins and aligning it vertically in the CSS, but none of that worked. Any thoughts?

The CSS file is a .PHP file, so you can only view it with Firebug or something similar.
