monitor/list last user profile update

    Hello,

    how can i monitor or simply list when my user last updated their profiles?
    We want our members/user to keep their profiles up-to-date.
    So we thought we first want to see what users did not updated their profiles for a long time.
    I also look in the MySQL database to see a field with this information but with no luck.

    any suggestions?
