Money back guarantee?

Hi,
I tried Tabby and Tabby Pro and it is not working with my site. Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
Cheers,

If you have a problem with the Free Tabby Responsive Tabs plugin, please post details of your issue here.
There is no plugin called Tabby Pro, you probably mean the Tabby Responsive Tabs Customiser add-on which does not replace Tabby Responsive Tabs, but extends it. If you have a problem with the customiser add-on, it is not possible to provide support for paid components here, but I will be happy to help if you contact me via the support form for the add-on at: http://cubecolour.co.uk/tabby-responsive-tabs-customiser/tabby-responsive-tabs-customiser-support/
Hi,
Yes, I have two issues:
The first one is that the plugin doesn’t seem to work with my site. I’m using WP 4.1.1 and Dynamik+Genesis.
The second one is that I bought the customiser, but it now serves no purpose as I don’t think I’ll be using Tabby.
You had the opportunity to try the free plugin before investing in the customiser. I use Genesis, but do not have access to a copy of Dynamik. In my experience the plugin works great with Genesis themes so I would be very surprised if Tabby Responsive Tabs doesn’t work with your theme.
I’d like to try to help get it working for you.
Initially activate just Tabby Responsive Tabs (by not the customiser – that can be activated once the core plugin is working). Please describe the problem, provide a link to your site and also post the text of the shortcodes you are using.
I got it working.
The issue is as follows in case you get this question/problem again:
For some reason (even disabling all my other plugins) if I place the code as:
[tabby title="First Tab"]Tabby ipsum dolor sit amet, kitty sunbathe dolor mauris a tristique, feed me nullam stuck in a tree ac faucibus bibendum libero. Jump on the table accumsan et vestibulum fluffy fur pussy libero. [tabby title="Second Tab"]Lay down in your way catnip stuck in a tree iaculis, sunbathe orci turpis kittens scratched dolor quis nunc. Vestibulum cras nec attack sniff eat, tempus enim ut adipiscing scratched orci turpis give me fish. [tabby title="Third Tab"]Jump sleep in the sink vestibulum climb the curtains attack, sleep on your face sniff attack your ankles etiam give me fish judging you. Sagittis run zzz jump elit nibh, sunbathe enim rip the couch vulputate accumsan. [tabbyending]it works, but if I put it as:
[tabby title="First Tab"] Tabby ipsum dolor sit amet, kitty sunbathe dolor mauris a tristique, feed me nullam stuck in a tree ac faucibus bibendum libero. Jump on the table accumsan et vestibulum fluffy fur pussy libero. [tabby title="Second Tab"] Lay down in your way catnip stuck in a tree iaculis, sunbathe orci turpis kittens scratched dolor quis nunc. Vestibulum cras nec attack sniff eat, tempus enim ut adipiscing scratched orci turpis give me fish. [tabby title="Third Tab"] Jump sleep in the sink vestibulum climb the curtains attack, sleep on your face sniff attack your ankles etiam give me fish judging you. Sagittis run zzz jump elit nibh, sunbathe enim rip the couch vulputate accumsan. [tabbyending]it won’t.
So I got it working.
One suggestion: it would be great if you could enter the basic tabs using a button on the editor’s tools, as other plugins do.

Humberto
Never mind, I just saw the icons.
Cheers,
Humberto
Thanks for posting that. I’m glad you got it working.
I’m not sure why the second block of shortcodes didn’t work for you as that always works for me. In fact I prefer to format the shortcodes like that to prevent wpautop issues.
The thing I can think of at the moment as to why this may have happened is that if the shortcodes were copied & pasted from an example page, some invisible characters on that page to prevent the shortcodes being processed there may have been carried across onto your page.
I hope you enjoy using the plugin
