    Hi
I imagine this is a repeated question (so apologies) – I’ve read a couple posts along the same lines of my issue but they seem a little dated and not the same version of WP as mine is so its difficult to translate and also Im just too stupid to work out what I am meant to be doing – sorry!

I’ve downloaded the vantage theme for word press, it looks great but I want to edit the sidebar where it says:
    Site Admin
    Login/logout
    Entries RSS
    Comments RSS
    WordPress.org

I like the links ‘site admin’ and the ‘login/logout’ and I want a menu for these to sit under however the RSS and wordpress.org I want to dump these. How do I do this – some posts point to editing the code which I’ve tried but I cannot locate the relevant lines of code. Some advise to put your own menu in and just disable the default menu – that is ok but I don’t know how to replace the login/logout feature that is provided. Doesn’t seem to be an easy way of doing this unless I am missing something?
