Modify zBench Theme Default Layout

    hello ….i need little help…
    i have been using your WP theme(zBench) for long time in my WP.com site…Recently i intend to switch to paid hosing and domain, but i can’t use my previous layout (lift and footer side bar or widget)….so please give a idea how i can use the them as like my previous layout to my self hosted site…
