Modification in news

Hello everybody, I want to make few modifications to this website.

I am using twenty sixteen theme.

I have this page:http://remontininkas.lt/wordpress/news/

There are 2 problems.
1. There is blank space at left and I want to remove it.
2. There is blank space between the topic and the content I want to remove it too.
