I am not sure I understand this so can you please clarify?
Are you using any other plugin that enables gzip?

I tried one, enable-gzip-compression but didn’t work.

1. What I mean is I disabled the plugin, checked gzip on base64 and it said enabled (also on Google PageSpeed).
2. Now I activated W3TC, base64 still says enabled. (Note: I didn’t open front-end of the website till now).
3. Now I tried to access website in Chrome Incognito mode, now when I check gzip status, it says disabled.

Yes, I am using self-hosted CDN, but gzip on main domain isn’t working. I am facing this problem before I setup CDN.

Yes, if check this website which is also hosted on same server: bootstraplogo.com it says enabled.

What are you using on bootstraplogo.com to enable gzip compression?
Does the issue persist if you disable gzip compression in Performance>Browser Cache in https://ssfurnishings.com/?

I am using nothing in bootstraplogo.com, I am guessing its using the default server gzip. Even zlib.output_compression is not enabled in PHP Editor.
Yes, the issue persist in same pattern.

I am not seeing any issues with gzip compression for js files.
However, I am seeing that https://ssfurnishings.com/ could save 464.9KiB (92% reduction).
Is gzip compression enabled in Performance>Browser Cache>HTML&XML?

Because all the files are now being called from CDN, but on the actual site ssfurnishings.com gzip isn’t working when W3TC is active.
Yes, it is enabled but it doesn’t matter if I keep it on or off.

Yes I can see that those files are being served from the CDN and I can see that W3 Total Cache is active on your website.
Are you using Apache, Nginx, or apache+nginx?
