I’m having the same problem but I am on a droid? It seems to be responding on desktop when browser is made smaller?
Ditto problem for mobile- the theme says is responsive but it seems that since wp update it is not..
ref: the posts etc are not responsive using wp 3.9 eg on samsung phone – text does not move to be read and is too large across page. impossible to read- is there a plant o fix or should I change yet again- shame as is very nice theme
be happy to purchase if a solution can be found…

yes it does, it is just like desktop site on samsung android phone. no responsiveness at all…

Check the browser on your device as some browsers don’t support Media Queries (responsive CSS): http://caniuse.com/css-mediaqueries
Ideally the theme would be created mobile-first and the media queries would be used for desktop styles so that this issue would be avoided.
