Mobile Touch Events

I’d love to know if there is an effective way to have the tiles show the hover element without linking to the post/page on the first click when on mobile. Right now, on mobile, when a tile is touched it immediately fires the link. I’d love for the first touch to show the hover content and then the next touch to activate the link.

Is this even possible?
