In the past week my wordpress.org custom template which is totally mobile responsive has been glitchy, but only on certain phones. For example, my iphone works perfectly fine via Verizon, but another iphone via AT&T causes formatting issues. I’m not even sure where to begin with the troubleshooting. Please ASSIST!

Is it an issue with the theme, or modifications you’ve made?

I haven’t made any modifications aside from new posts. It’s a theme issue- i think? The glitch involves my menu header being permanently expanded over the actual content of the webpage. Again, it’s not widespread across all mobile devices, just some.

    Which theme has the issue?

It is a custom theme… I think we may have figured it out. I asked the user to clear the cache/cookies and now it appears as though everything is working. Hopefully it was just as isolated glitch. thanks so much for trying to help!
