    if i set the configuration to two columns it works great on a desktop, but i cant see the buttons on a mobile device

    if i set the configuration to one column it works great on a mobile device, but i cant see the buttons on a desktop device

    the content box is 950
    and the z index is 415

    i have changed the z index up to various increments up to 9999 with no change

    if i lower it much more the pop up displays behind the content at the bottom of the page

    I can provide a clone of the site with admin access for you to tinker with if this assist with figuring this out

    the content on the site is managed with elementor

    we had someone resolve the issue by forcing custom css into the site so its fixed rather than responsive this seemed to resolve the issue
