Not sure what to tell you – the core plugin currently has no settings/functions that do anything with the menu. Also, can’t really help if I can’t see what the issue is (i.e. you’ve deactivated on the link above so I can’t see what the issue even is).

OK so I now activated WP-Members plug in. If you check the web site on your mobile phone you will see that the dropdown menu no longer works.

I was able to take a look at your site and do see the mobile menu not working. However, I’m not sure this is related to the plugin or if it is, it’s the plugin plus something else and not the plugin alone.
Your theme is Twenty Fourteen, which happens to be one of the themes that most of the current plugin’s development is done on, so I can confirm that the mobile menu in Twenty Fourteen works with the plugin. Additionally, the plugin doesn’t actually do anything with the menus (at least not in the current version), and all of the plugin’s CSS specifically targets only the plugin’s div IDs (so as not to conflict with outside elements). So there’s likely something involved that is more than just the theme/WP-Members combination.
