Mobile Menu Does Not Default to Hidden

When the browser is narrowed on our site (www.jamsscheduler.com) or it is viewed on a tablet, the mobile navigation gets displayed fully expanded, instead of in a collapsed state. We use a slightly customized version of the Wootheme, Memorable, but I have seen a similar menu on many WordPress sites. Does anyone know how to control the display state of the mobile menu?
