Mobile homepage different than desktop

Hello,

I just can’t seem to figure this out. My homepage shows up as my blog when I go to my site on mobile, but when I go to it on desktop it takes me to my actual homepage.

The problem I’m finding is that with this theme, the homepage isn’t an actual page so I can’t set it as a static page.
