Hi! Pop-up works great on desktop. On mobile though, the copy cuts off on the right side. Using non-technical speak, it’s like the container for the text is smaller than the container for the pop-up. It seems like the pop-up could just get taller to remove the float instead of forcing the user to manually scroll left / right.

I’m sure I’m just missing a setting. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Hi dear @elasticadmin ,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Could you send a screenshot from the Dimensions section of your popup, please? https://prnt.sc/1g3uj7e

    Thank you beforehand.

For some reason I can’t get it to upload here.

    Responsive move: Checked
    Size: Auto
    Custom mode: unchecked
    Max w: blank
    Max h: blank
    Min w: 120
    Minh: blank

    Thank you!

Could you add some values to Max and Min Widths, something like this:

Max w: 650-700 (or something in between)
Min w: 300-400 (again something in between may work too)

Please, test a few sizing options and let us know about the results.

Thanks! I test all sorts of combinations and I was able to make it much much better. I can’t get it perfect, but I think this is good enough. Thanks!
