Mixed-content warning

Since we moved our site from http to https we get mixed-content warning due to the plugin generating http://maps.google.com urls.
I worked around the issue by editing fwgm-shrt-code.php, replacing http://maps.google.com with https://maps.google.com in the $map_url assignment.
I think it would make sense to have the plugin use https by default to avoid this potential issue for other users and since Google Maps will anyway redirect the http request to https.
