• After assistance for my daughter. She has had a WordPress site setup by a 3rd party, and it is using the Woocommerce plugin. Not a full commerce site (has products, but cannot purchase directly – enquiry only.) the developer has basically left her to her own resources, and she now needs to edit/add/remove some of the products, but there are no menu items for the Woocommerce plugin, and not even a Plugin options. Other menu items appear to be missing as well. (Settings/Users/Appearance etc). Seems like she may be only a very basic user…
I realize this is not much info, but was wondering if it is possible to point me in the right direction (any direction!), to try and work around this.
Or, is the only option to try and contact the original developer?
    Thanks, for any ideas.

  • She needs to contact the original developer and ask that she be provided with an Administrator login.
