missing “visual” view, plugins problem

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the editor. There is no “visual” view, I can only work with the “code” view if I want to write or edit a post or a page.

    Furthermore, all WordPress Plugins appear on the Plugin Management Page in the administration user interface, but even though I activate them, no one of the installed Plugins works.

    Can anybody help me with my problems?
