Missing Visual Editor – Found the problem

Just wanted to let you folks out there know.

I was experiencing oddly, my Visual Editor bar in the post page not showing all of the sudden. I didnt make any changes over the weekend. This is just sitting on a desktop on my work, and I have it installed with EasyPHP on Windows.

Anyways, I had no problems whatsoever for about 3 weeks.

I have the following plugins:

Akismet – inactive
Audit Trail – active
Counterize II – active
Hello Dolly – inactive
Popularity Contest – active
Popularity Contest Widget – active
Search Tags – active
Search Unleashed – inactive
WordPress Database Backup – active
WordPress Email Notification Plugin v2.3.1 – inactive

Anyways, I found after some deactivating, and activating that the Database Backup plugin is the reason for the visual editor not working.

I turned it off, and now it works.

I have to fiddle more with if it doesn’t work b/c of some other settings as well, but just wanted to get this news out there.

I already searched the forum and found a few strings I already read, but none of them had this solution, so just creating this post.
