This page: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/sidebars/ appears to be missing from the support site.

Just wanted to let someone know, if this isn’t the correct/best place, let me know where is and I can send it there as well.

It doesn’t seem to be missing to me.

Edit: NM, I see clorith fixed it earlier today.

Yeah, there’s some problems we’re having with some custom code right now. It’ll be fixed soon.
