Missing scroll bar after 4.1 update

    After updating I no longer have the scroll bar to edit. Have to scroll all the way back to top to get to editing tools.
    HELP

    The first thing to do is check for a conflict with a plugin or theme. (That doesn’t mean you won’t be able to use a plugin or theme with a conflict, but will have at least isolated the problem.)

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
