    I’m having an issue with purchases on the site. I have an automation that sends emails to people who buy the BTC product, but for some reason I’m not receiving all of the buyers. The automation is based on their purchase status being updated to “Completed,” and I can see that there are many more sign-ups who actually purchased the course, but I did not receive their details from the site. I would really appreciate it if you could check how this is happening and how we can fix it.

    Hello, @pointsofyou

    Can you confirm whether you’re seeing any direct indication that Wordfence is blocking the details from being sent? Are you seeing any blocks in the Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic section at the exact time those should be sent, or any additional details via your raw access logs?
