Missing Options in Visual Editor

I’ve been reduced to about eight visual editor buttons for drafting a new post. I’ve tried deactivating plugins, updating my PHP, had my plugins folder reloaded, and I even tried installing a new plugin to bring back my tools. I can’t adjust text colors, or other basic things, and am feeling desperate!
