Can you share which e-mails are not going through?
very random emails…
The form is set to use the builtin php emailer and send it to our office 365 account…
some come some don’t… especially the one that is on the inserted as a short-code in the widget…
Have you checked to make sure they are not going to the spam box?
yep, nothing blocked….
the submitted form shows in the contact database …
Are these e-mails using your domain name? like name@domain.com?
Check your server, check each e-mail account and find out if the settings are different. Check if each e-mail account has reached its allowed quota, that is if you have set up a quota limit on each e-mail account.

Hitting quota limits would result in a bounce message.
@jason Hendriks that is correct. I forgot about the bounce back message from the mail server 🙂
