Missing data on the delivery note

    Thank you for the fantastic plugin! All delivery notes work perfectly except for the products using the Learnpress plugin. We use EDUMA theme from thimpress. The learnpress courses uses a woocommerce plugin to handle all the payments via woocommerce (LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration). When a client buys an online course the order will show the product description is that specific course (see screen print here), but the moment I print a delivery note, then there is no product info on the slip so we have to write it by hand. See screen print here. I read in your FAQ that the plugin uses the exact same content as WooCommerce. If the content isn’t available in WooCommerce, then it will neither be in the delivery note and invoice, but the info of the order is seen in the order, so I am unsure how to resolve the matter. Please can you assist?

    Hello @nanettedp,

    I get your point. The product name doesn’t show up in the Delivery Note only or in the Invoice too?

    I see “Protected:” before the product name. Is that in the product name itself? Or is the product assigned any particular status?

    Can you tell me which version of WooCommerce & our plugin you are using?

    Hallo, I am sorry I never replied… I did not get a reply notification.
    It seems that the problem is now with all my woocommerce products and not just with the learnpress orders.
    I am using woocommerce Version 3.4.3 and your plugin Version 4.4.2
    Is this correct
