Missing Buttons and Widgets!

Help!

I’m using wootique theme and somehow my price widget slider has been replaced with max and min text boxes and also the + and – buttons for quantity and add to cart button on products isn’t showing! This is for variable products. Simple products show add to cart, the quantity text box shows but no + and – buttons.

Could it be a plugin that i’ve installed??? Contacted host and php version hasn’t changed, not sure where to start.
