Missing Add FooGallery button

    Installed Foogallery, migrating from Nextgen. However, how do I get the add foogallery button to show up in the edit a post screen? Nextgen is still showing. Cant deactivate it until I get everything imported over.

    Hi

    Did you run the nextgen import? That will import all galleries and there is also a shortcode replacer, which replaces all nextgen shortcodes with foogallery shortcodes.

    Yes, I ran the nextgen import and the shortcode replacer. However, is there a way to get an insert foogallery button like we had with the nextgen add gallerybutton?

    Yes absolutely. There is a “Add FooGallery” button in the old editor (which should be right next to the NextGen button), aswell as a FooGallery Block for the Gutenberg editor.

    Thats my point, its not showing up on my sites. I’m using the classic editor and it’s not there. Is there something I can run to readd it?

    The button should be visible in the classic editor. If it is not showing then either there is a plugin conflict, or some code is hiding it.

    I will test with NextGen to see if I can reproduce.
