• Hello everyone!

I’m quite new to using WordPress, but my installation went quite well. I installed the Carbonize theme and it looks wonderful. I was able to figure out how to replace the little logo in the corner of the header, but I’d like to make another, what I imagine should be a minor, edit… at least I hope so.

I know some HTML and code regularly in C, but don’t know a thing about PHP. What I’m hoping to do is this…

The width of the main center posting space is static… I’m wanting to do one of two things… either make it dynamic (using a percentage like I might have done with a table width that I’d centered or something…) or at least a bit larger. I’m not afraid to edit the files, but I need to know where to start.

    Thanks everyone,
    Sylus

I suppose I should have mentioned that I never really learned cascading style sheets either… but I will have a look. I couldn’t be all that hard, could it?

Look at the number of posts in this forum 😉

    You got me there! LOL

Well, about all I could find in the style.css that I thought might help was a width parameter of the body which was set to 900 pixels. I tried to play with it a bit, but the changes didn’t look very good. I guess I’ll keep digging around unless someone else can point me a bit more in the right direction.
